We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary toiletries provided. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the city center, shops, malls, and transportation options. The breakfast included in the room price was hearty and delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the pier, making it easy to access for those arriving by boat. The proximity to the airport and port also makes it a convenient option for travelers. The bathrooms are great, with nice toiletries and fluffy towels. The staff at the reception desk, housekeeping, and coffee shop are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

It can get quite noisy at night due to the location on a main road with lots of motorbikes and tuk tuks passing by. the hotel is situated across from a karaoke bar, which can be loud until midnight.
